Security Policy

Nexus' security policy aims to keep the company, its employees, and its clients from damage via a functionally adapted organisation and within a specified economic framework.

By the term security, we mean the activities that prevent, limit, or prohibit events that can have negative consequences for or cause disturbances to our operations and/or those of our clients and partners.

Security activities include the protection of persons and property, information, and functions.

The aim of our security work is to provide Nexus with secure and disruption-free operations. Security work at Nexus comprises both information security and physical security. Damages, losses, and other undesired occurrences shall be prevented by adapting security measures to the respective risks to persons, property, information, knowledge, and other assets. For this reason, all Nexus employees shall work actively to:

  • Establish and maintain clear regulations regarding responsibility and authorisation.
  • Minimise disruptions to operations that can have negative consequences for our operations and for our clients. Measures and security levels shall, however, be suited and appropriate to the value of the items/objects to be protected.
  • Meet the requirements set by applicable laws, regulations, and agreements.
  • Conduct security activities throughout the organisation in such a manner that all employees have knowledge of and follow the security policy and applicable security rules and regulations.
